Mr. Ballén is an organizational development consultant with emphasis on process management, quality, customer services and human resources.

He has worked more than 25 years as a first level executive in multinational organizations. His areas of expertise are developing and managing strategies in Human Resources, Marketing & Sales, Total Quality Management and customer satisfaction.

Mr. Ballén was General Manager in Lanier Colombia, and Vice President of Human Resources, Quality and Customer Satisfaction and Marketing & Commercial in Xerox Colombia. He worked as quality and customer satisfaction in Xerox Latin American Group based in Stamford, CT.

In his association with EDI he represented the Rummler Brache Group in Colombia. With the EDI network he has also undertaken assignments in Mexico, Colombia and Argentina, since 1996.

He teaches quality and service management at two universities in Bogotá: CESA University and University of La Sabana.

Mr. Ballén has a BA in Business and works in English and Spanish. He lives with his wife and children in Bogotá, Colombia.
